Elizabeth also addresses issues related to anxiety, stress management, trauma-related struggles, and attachment disturbances. Her professional certifications include TraumaPlay, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Elizabeth is an accomplished Licensed Professional Counselor based in Birmingham, Alabama. Her educational background is marked by excellence, having graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University, with a specialized focus on Middle Childhood and Adolescents, as well as Adult Programs. Subsequently, she furthered her academic pursuits with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, also from Auburn University. Additionally, as a commitment to her professional growth, Elizabeth attained an Educational Specialist in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has garnered extensive experience in diverse clinical settings, demonstrating her proficiency in providing counseling services across a spectrum of populations. Her expertise spans inpatient environments with high-acuity cases involving acute and chronic mental health issues, as well as outpatient counseling centers. Notably, Elizabeth has dedicated the past few years to her role as a Clinical Therapist at
